A large green bow is sewn at the top and tea cups are screen printed on the skirt. The skirt also features an attached tulle petticoat that is trimmed in pink mesh that peeks out of the bottom. The dress ties at the back of the waist for a fitted look. The pink top hat is made from polyfoam to maintain its shape and has a circumference of 21 1/2".
