It accents the polyester and cotton dress that zips in the back and has off-the-shoulder sleeves. Elastic is sewn into the sleeves and as well as the top hemline for a secure fit. The top portion of the dress is white with a black corset that laces up with black ribbon (please note the ribbon is black and not red as pictured).
